If it never ruptures then the person can live indefinitely -
but if it does tear then you can lose your entire blood supply in under a minute.
That's fatal - 100% of the time.
Unless you are very lucky (have the rupture in an operating room) it is not survivable. (The pain as the tear begins is often the only warning).
