Is atonism a religion or philosophy

Answers:
During the 18th dynasty, suddenly came a religious revolt in ancient Egypt, led by Amenhotep IV. During his 5th regnal year, the king announced a new religion for the state, the "Atonism". This involved worshipping only one god, Aton (The Most High: An Naay Re), and rejecting all other currently known gods/deities of the Greeks and Romans. To this effect, the king changed his own name into "Ankh-an-Aton" (Ruler who holds the Key to the Most High), closed the temples of the Greco-Roman invaders of Tama-Re (Ancient Africa) who wished to change the spiritual rites, precepts and practices of Tama-Re and moved his capital north to Tel el-Amarna. It was High Priest, Seer & Prophet Ankh-An-Aton who dedicated himself toward the purpose of bringing back the minds of his people as members of humanity to the remembrance of those things which are of importance and towards reunion or unification with the divine creator and grower of all life. This spiritual/religious revolt is what has been logged in history of the true travels of the Messiah whom is being interpreted as the Christ (John 1:41).
Persecuted by those same Greco-Roman invaders, Ankh-an-Aton resurrected The Original Qubtic (axis or central) Church of the Black Messiah whose sole purpose was dedicated towards seeking Atonment:those things meant for Atun - The Most High Heavenly One which became Atan, Aten and Aton. In this day in time Atonism is lived as a religion by the members of the Qubtic Church of the Black Messiah - Journey Home Group International.
