If a court order was issued but your attorney is not following through on it what do you do now

Call and ask him for a progress report on your case. If you do not get a good response contact your local bar association for advice. You may need to find a new attorney to continue your case. In that case you should make a formal complaint about your first attorney to the state board of bar overseers. You may get some compensation.
