Some people say all you have to do is wear pink to be feminine. It depends on what type of person you are and how old you are. Obviously you should take care of yourself and do the basics like washing your face, brushing your teeth, combing your hair, exercising, sleeping, ect. You can get a nice hair cut if you want. Also if you aren't a feminine person you shouldn't try to look like someone you are not because it is best to always be yourself.
A lot of people say "wear pink!" or "wear dresses!". That isn't true. You shouldn't wear colors such as grey and brown all the time because to look feminine you have to wear some color. Styling your hair nicely will help. Also try to wear jewelry, because it looks good with almost everything and it ties up your outfit.
Dress for the occasion and don't be a guy. If it is a fancy dinner party don't wear sweats and a t-shirt. Some people may say this looks casual, but it doesn't it looks like you are way to sleepy to get dressed nicely and it makes it look like you don't care how you look. Painting your nails is good for being feminine but remember, try to make your nails look even before painting them and beware of colors that don't look good with your skin. Some people look better with cool colors and others look good with warm colors. Don't sulk around because smiling is friendly and with your new clothes it could make you look even more feminine.
